Crowne Plaza Antwerpen is een 4-sterren zakenhotel, centraal gelegen aan de Antwerpse Ring. Crowne Plaza Antwerpen heeft 262 kamers, Restaurant AnnA-Living & Bar heeft een capaciteit van 125 couverts, 15 meeting zalen met een capaciteit van 450 personen. Waarvan de Octopus Event Pool ook fungeert als eventlocatie waar feesten en evenementen worden gehouden.

Taken:

Als kelner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het serveren en opnemen van bestellingen in ons restaurant AnnA-Living & Bar.

  • Opnemen en serveren van zowel dranken als maaltijden
  • Indekken en afruimen van tafels
  • Suggesties geven over het menu en dranken
  • Instaan voor een gastvrije en correcte service naar de gasten toe
  • Afrekenen van tafels
  • Mise en place met betrekking tot het restaurant en ontbijtruimte
  • Meewerken met M&E operations

Profiel:

  • Ervaring in een restaurant is een vereiste
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een restaurant in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je bent vriendelijk, plichtsbewust en je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen
  • Je streeft elke dag naar tevreden klanten
  • Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit
  • Drankenkennis, wijnkennis en hotelopleiding zijn pluspunten
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans is een pluspunt

  • Proeven van de job door gerechten voor te bereiden, ingrediënten te wassen, te snijden en voor te koken, en nog zoveel meer!
  • Volgen van veiligheidsregels en hygiëne HACCP
  • Vaardig leren omgaan met messen en keukenapparatuur

To implement, maintain and nurture HR policies and HR systems framework as directed by your General Manager, whilst maintaining excellent and benefitting employee relations.

 

Key relationships

The person in charge of HR is a key contact for the General Managers and Head of Departments. You will be the main contact for line management regarding social legislation and work-related operational & personal questions.

Furthermore, you are the first contact person for the staff members in terms of payroll, personnel administration and social legislation.
