Discover the future at the SuperNova festival

From September 27^th until September 30^th 2018, we will discover the future at the SuperNova festival! This is an international event, occupying “Het Eilandje” in Antwerp, with a heavy focus on technology. The aim of the festival is simple: amaze professionals and curious individuals with how our companies and personal lives will evolve, thanks to new, innovating technologies!

The SuperNova professional summit takes place on September 27^th and 28^th and features the Conference, Tech Fair, Investor Pitching and TalentBuzz. A ticket is required during these 2 days. The public SuperNova festival takes place on September 29^th and 30^th with the free Expedition, Tech Fair and TalentBuzz. No ticket is needed during the weekend.

What to expect at the SuperNova festival?

The SuperNova Festival has five big topics to cover. First, there is the two-day Conference on September 27^th and 28^th. Big international speakers, such as Ray Kurzweil, Tim Harford and Biz Stone, will tell you all about the innovations of tomorrow. You’ll also discover their visions on the future and creativity. On top of that, the festival will also give local visionaries the opportunity to be heard.

Second, we have the Investor Pitching, which also takes place on September 27^th and 28^th. The intention here is to link promising scale-ups from all across Europe to successful companies, such as Idinvest Partners or Expon Capital. There will also be an exclusive investor zone with an open bar, where you’ll have the chance to have 1-on-1 meetings with these companies. In the evening of September 27^th, there will be a Networking Party, that gives you a perfect networking opportunity!

Third at the SuperNova festival, we have the Tech Fair, which you need a ticket for on September 27^th and 28^th. It is open to everyone on September 29^th and 30^th. More than 80 companies will showcase game-changing technologies that cover different areas, such as financial services, artificial intelligence and health. In the evening of September 29^th, you’ll be able to enjoy innovative artists, who will bring you the music of tomorrow at the Tech Party.

Next up is the TalentBuzz, a dynamic talent marketplace. A ticket is required on September 27^th and 28^th. It is open to everyone on September 29^th and 30^th. Before the start of the festival, you can upload your CV to SuperNova. Next, an artificial intelligence platform will match your set of skills with vacancies of more than 150 game-changing companies. During the festival, you’ll get the chance to connect with your future employer!

Finally, we have the SuperNova Expedition on September 29^th and 30^th. You can discover the innovations that technology will bring into our personal lives. From flying drones and eating food from the future, to living a day in the life of tomorrow.

Tickets and prices

The SuperNova festival aims mainly at professionals. However, during the weekend, the festival is open to anyone who is inspired & curious. This means that there are different sorts of tickets:

The professional package
- You will have access to the Conference, the Tech Fair, the TalentBuzz and the Networking Party.
- For a day ticket, you’ll pay € 427,03.
- For a two-day pass, you’ll pay € 614,16.
The investor package
- You will also have access to the Conference, the Tech Fair, the TalentBuzz and the Networking Party.
- In addition, you will have exclusive access to the Investor Pitching and the 1-on-1 matchmaking tool.
- For this package, you’ll pay € 986,79.
If you only want access to the Networking Party, you can buy tickets for € 20.
Access to the Tech Party will cost you € 20 as well.
During the weekend, on September 29^th and 30^th, you get free access to the SuperNova Expedition, the Tech Fair and the TalentBuzz.
